Short version

Use the threshold shown in your account. A payout minimum quoted for someone else's country or payment method may not apply to you.

What is the minimum AttaPoll payout?

AttaPoll says withdrawal thresholds vary by country and payment method. Open Balance and select a payment option to see its minimum.

A universal €1 claim is too broad. Use the amount shown for your account and chosen method.

Before requesting a withdrawal

  1. Choose an available payment method you can use.
  2. Check the threshold and any conditions displayed.
  3. Review the destination details carefully.
  4. Keep the payment confirmation or reference.

Do not assume that the address used to log in is necessarily the destination you selected. Check what you are submitting before confirming.

How long does it take?

AttaPoll says most payments are fast, but processing can take up to 72 hours. That is provider guidance, not a guaranteed delivery time. Check whether your payment is marked pending, failed or complete before deciding what to do next.

Pending: note the request time and check the stated processing window. Failed: review the destination account and the message shown. Complete but missing: keep the reference and check with the payment provider.

What to include in a support request

Use AttaPoll’s in-app help for an account issue. Describe the payment method, request time, amount and status. A clear account of what happened is more useful than sending the same message repeatedly.

Keep private payment details out of public comments. PayoutLab cannot access your account or release funds; support needs to come from the provider handling the transaction.

Why I would test a small withdrawal first

It checks the whole process: earning, eligibility, destination and delivery. A successful first payout does not guarantee every future transaction, but it is more informative than watching a balance grow.

If the problem is an uncredited survey rather than a withdrawal, use the survey guide. For whether the effort is worthwhile in the first place, read my AttaPoll review.
