Short version

Separate a quiet survey list, a screen-out and a missing reward. They need different responses.

Why are there no surveys?

AttaPoll says supply depends on your profile and current demand. A survey can also fill before you open a notification. An empty list alone does not tell you that your account is broken.

My advice: check that your profile is accurate, then give it some time. Repeatedly refreshing an empty list is unpaid work. If the situation seems like an account error, describe it to in-app support instead of guessing.

Why do I keep getting disqualified?

AttaPoll lists demographic fit, filled quotas and control questions among the reasons for rejection. Answer honestly; changing your story to get through a screener is a bad strategy.

When comparing sessions, count the time spent on unsuccessful surveys too. A high reward on one completed survey does not erase the rest of the evening. The hourly earnings guide explains the calculation.

I finished a survey but the reward is missing

Use the survey-specific support route in the app and identify the attempt. Note roughly when you took it, what reward was shown and where the process ended. Avoid sharing confidential survey contents publicly.

A survey reward and a withdrawal are separate problems. If money is already in your balance and the transfer is stuck, go to the cashout guide.

What I would avoid

  • Making a second account to escape a quiet list.
  • Changing profile answers to chase a particular survey.
  • Using a location workaround to access another country’s offers.
  • Paying someone who claims they can unlock surveys or release a balance.

None of those is a sensible way to improve the return on your time. Keep account issues with official support.

When is it time to stop?

If several sessions leave you with a poor return or just put you in a bad mood, stop. My own €5–7/hour estimate is a reason I use the app, not a reason you should ignore a worse experience.

You can revisit it later or compare a different type of activity in AttaPoll vs Freecash. There is no obligation to make a survey app work for you.
