Transparency matters to us. This page explains how PayoutLab earns money and what that means for you as a reader.
How we earn
PayoutLab is a free resource. We do not charge for access or run pop-up ads. Instead, we earn through affiliate and referral commissions. For details on what data the site handles (very little), see our privacy policy.
When you click certain links on this site — typically buttons labelled "Try it now", "Sign up", or similar — you may be taken to a third-party app or service. If you then sign up or take a qualifying action, we may receive a small commission from that company.
What this means for you
- You pay nothing extra. Affiliate commissions are paid by the app provider, not by you. Sometimes our referral link actually gives you a bonus you wouldn't get otherwise.
- Our reviews are independent. We only recommend apps we have personally signed up for, tested, and successfully withdrawn money from. Commission rates do not influence our rankings or whether an app appears on the site.
- Some links are not affiliate links. Where we link to general resources, regulatory bodies, or competitors we haven't partnered with, we do not earn anything.
Which companies we have affiliate relationships with
At the time of writing, we have active referral or affiliate partnerships with the following apps featured on this site:
This list is updated when new partnerships begin or existing ones end.
Our editorial commitment
We commit to the following standards:
- Every app on this site has been personally tested by us — we sign up, use the service, and complete at least one withdrawal before publishing a review.
- Negative findings stay in the review. We do not remove pros and cons because they could reduce conversions.
- If an app changes its terms or becomes worse over time, we update the review to reflect the new reality — and remove it from our recommended list if necessary.
- Sponsored content, if we ever publish any, will be clearly marked as such. To date, we have published no sponsored content.
Legal basis
This disclosure is published in compliance with:
- EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices
- Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI)
- Guidelines from the Belgian Jury for Ethical Practices in Advertising (JEP)
- US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement guidelines, where applicable to US readers
